  • How long does it take after I order to receive my item? 

            This time is known as processing time. I order all materials as I need them due to working from home. Typically it is 1-2 weeks but during holidays it can be a little longer.

        Shirts I order blank once per week on average and the day they arrive to me I add the design. Prints take a little longer at times to arrive. 

 Tumblers take at a **minimum** of 7 days to decorate and completely cure. Typically it is 3-4 weeks for an order to be  completed but holidays there will be delays as I work in a first come first serve time frame with all orders.  

        Each different item I make has its own unique time frame and requirements but feel free to message and ask. If there is any delay I will let you know what is the reason. By following me on Facebook you can also see when an item is ready as I post in my group regularly. Links can be found below.                                                                           

        Processing time is the time it takes from receiving your order to the time I ship it out, excluding weekends. Business days are Monday - Friday. It also does NOT include shipping time! Processing time does not start until ALL information is received to complete your order. *Please make sure your purchase is complete and no information is left off. Due to the custom nature of the items listed, refunds can not be given in the instance that a customer has listed the item details or item itself incorrectly. I order all materials as I need them for orders.

If you need your order completed sooner a rush fee will be added. Fee will depend on how soon you need your order completed. 5 business days $20. 10 business days $10. 15 business days $5. I have the right to refuse any order with no explanation required.

 

  • Where do I leave my custom information such as names and monograms?

           For personalized items please be sure to leave the needed information (Name, Number, Initials) in the notes to seller section during check out. For all Monogram (initial) designs please leave the FULL name in the notes section! Monograms are done in the following order- First, Last, middle but by leaving the FULL name allows me to put the initials in the correct order! Any specifics that I may need should be left there!

  • How do I take care of my item? Is there special washing instructions or application instructions? 

 Yes there are special instruction for most items as follows:

  1. Let your shirt sit without washing for at least 48 hours. The print needs time to cure. ...
  2. Do not dry clean. ...
  3. Wash and dry garments inside out. ...
  4. Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. ...
  5. Use mild detergent. ...
  6. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. ...
  7. Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design.
  8. Do not use fabric softner.
  • Tips for washing decorated tumblers-

   Open or unscrew the lid and pour any leftover beverage out of the tumbler. Always hand wash it in hot water with soap and rinse thoroughly. Do not scrub the outside.  Do not soak in water during washing. Allow the tumbler to air dry, upside down. Do not wash in a dishwasher. Do not overfill or the contents will spill over the side. Do not leave in a Hot care for extended periods of time. Do not drop as they will crack and break the seal. Once the seal is broken the decoration will come off. Most of these tips apply to the coffee cups/mugs as well.

Please use the lid when drinking as well. Not doing so can result in the seal being broken which will cause the decoration to chip off.

Failure to follow the care instructions is not a reason to request a refund. 

 

  • How do I apply your transfers to my shirt?

  • Can I pick my item up locally instead of paying shipping? 

Yes. During checkout it is listed as an option for local pickup. The address for pickup is in Kingston and will be sent in the email letting you know your order is ready. Local customers have 2 weeks to pick up their item once completed. If item is not picked up within 2 weeks you can have your order shipped to you for an additional fee but you must contact me to make those changes. If item is not picked up and shipping arrangements have not been made after 2 weeks item may be resold and no refund issued.

 

 

   Please note: Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions and based on your screen/ monitor. Also, I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. All items are thoroughly inspected & photo is taken before being shipped. Refund/Replacements not available once the item has been washed, worn, or applied as I am not responsible for directions not being followed. Personalized/ customized items are non-refundable. Cancellations & refunds are not allowed. 

    I will not make exact replicas of someone else’s work. I will help you find the original creator if you would like to purchase an item you find on Pinterest or Etsy. You are more than welcome to send me inspiration pictures, but I reserve the right to add any changes or personal touches to the item you are requesting.

 Also note: I (Geez Louise, LLC) reserve the right to refuse any order. In this event a refund will be made immediately.  Often times a deadline cannot be met or inventory may be off. 

Update 2020: Due to Covid-19 no refunds/return options will be given on items that were ordered as the wrong size or simply do not fit. If there is a problem with the item itself we can address that issue but no returns or cancellations are allowed at this time. Please refer to the sizing chart on the website for all measurement information before placing an order.
